减少家庭意外伤害  保障儿童居家安全




当今社会,保护生命特别是婴幼儿生命安全是全社会不争的共识。每个生命在初期几年中都呈现着共同的特征:TA们快速成长但远未完善,可塑性极强又知识匮乏,探索与活动的欲望强烈但是自我保护的意识和能力又很薄弱。面对这样一个“不知天高地厚的小不点”,作为年轻父母的您是否会苦恼,会不会不知所措呢?
 
一位年轻妈妈的苦恼

“我是一名三岁男孩的妈妈。看着他一天天健康活泼的长大,我曾经欣慰无比。但是转眼间,他却成了我的心病。他不是一般的淘气,登高爬梯是家常便饭,从沙发和椅子上摔下来也已经有好几次了。什么东西都爱往嘴里鼻子里塞,最近他又迷上了家里的电器,尤其是电源插座,我发现他好几次要用手指头往插孔里插。甚至有一次趁着大人不注意,打开客厅里饮水机上的热水开关……小朋友的活泼调皮出乎了我们一家人的预料,我该怎么办呀???”

  • 0-3 岁为儿童居家意外事故的高峰年龄段,占意外伤害事故接近七成。
  • 国外研究表明:环境设施导致的意外伤害占儿童意外事故的一半(1/2)以上。

早在1989年的瑞典斯德哥尔摩召开的第一届国际儿童意外伤害大会上, 明确确定:意外伤害已是儿童重要的健康问题。在国际疾病分类中,意外伤害已被单独列为一类疾病。在当今社会关系到人类健康与安全的诸多问题中,儿童意外伤害的预防和控制已成为突出的公共卫生问题之一。

2008年,世界卫生组织和联合国儿童基金会共同撰写《全球儿童预防伤害报告》,如果采用已被证明的有效的预防方法,在全球每天1000名儿童的生命将被挽救。在过去30年中,许多高收入国家通过采用多部门、多层面的儿童伤害预防措施已成功地将其儿童伤害死亡率降低近50%。预防儿童伤害、保护儿童安全是保护儿童生存权益的重要内容之一。

同时对“意外事故”的大量的调查分析显示:意外的发生并不完全是偶然的,只有极少数“意外”是真正的意外,而绝大多数所谓“意外”,都可以找出直接或间接的原因。也就是说通过有效的干预措施,许多的儿童意外伤害事故都是可以预防和避免的,且防胜于治。



 

 

SAFELINK tips:
 

1. 家具、柜橱、门窗使用儿童安全搭扣/锁具。

2. 随时关好厨房的门,或者在厨房进出口处安装安全防护栏。

3. 将热水瓶放到孩子拿不着的地方;饮水机一般不开热水开关。

4. 低处的电源插座要使用带儿童安全保护的插座护盖。

5. 不用空饮料瓶和药瓶装清洁卫生用品。

6. 清洁卫生用品和药品要放到孩子拿不到的地方。

7. 刀、剪等工具要放到孩子不可触及的地方。

8. 窗户上锁或安装防护网/防护栏;窗户、阳台处1m范围内无宝宝可攀爬的家具。

9. 不给孩子吃果冻;各种干果也要在家长关注下食用。

10. 在给儿童选择购买玩具时要注意检查玩具包装上的3C认证标识,并查看包装上标明的适用年龄说明。

11. 定期检查孩子玩具,确保玩具无破损、松动、小零件散落。

12. 婴儿不与父母同床睡觉;婴儿睡觉时,请使用睡袋,这样可以保证嘴巴和鼻子都裸露在外面。

13. 餐桌上不要使用餐桌布。

14. 废弃的纽扣电池千万不能随意丢弃,用完的电池请尽快妥善处理。

15. 婴幼儿用品上不能有长度超过22cm的带子、绳子。

16. 高于60cm的抽屉柜必须固定在墙上,防止倾倒意外事故。

17. 房门上安装安全门卡/门档。

18. 严禁将幼童单独一人留在家中。

19. 儿童洗澡时,应先放冷水后再兑热水。

20. 在孩子洗澡时切勿离开,防止溺水事故。
